Meet our Founder
As the Founder of Mosaic Academy, Lori Cole brings over 26 years of experience in education. Her career spans both general and special education classrooms, where she has worked closely with students with a wide range of learning profiles and needs. These experiences shaped a deep belief that children learn best in environments designed intentionally around who they are—not around a one-size-fits-all model.
Through her work, she has seen firsthand how recognizing individual strengths, honoring differences, and providing the right supports can transform a student’s confidence and success. Mosaic Academy was created from this vision: a learning community where every student is known, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Mosaic Academy offers a four-day school week. A fifth day option, as well as before- and after-school care, will be available for an additional monthly fee.

Tuition is $6,750 per year.

Families may pay through EFA funds using ClassWallet or via private pay.
EFA funds are accepted through ClassWallet. All teachers are individually EFA approved, and school approval is currently pending.
A sibling group discount is available.
